Institutional stove M55-1 is a large clean rocket stove designed for school, street restaurants, and other places to make a meal for
many people. It can burn firewood, charcoal, wood pellets, and biomass briquette.

This flexible, multi-function stove can cook in 2 ways:

1. Large 50cm diameter wok for frying, steaming, and sauteing;
2. Matched barbeque grate for grilling.
