Q1: What's SSM?
A:SSM is short for Shengzhou Stove Manufactuer, a stove manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in biomass cookstoves. Now we use Zhejiang Huiwenmei Stove to export the production.

 

Q2: Can we buy a few samples before placing the mass production?
A:Yes. We can arrange the samples within one week and ship via DHL or Fedex. 2-3 samples cost can be returned once you place the mass production.

 

Q3:Is it OK to print my logo on the stoves?
A:Yes,as long as we sign the Intellectual Property Agreement.
 

 

Q4:What's the MOQ for your products?
A:Small quantity is accepted for the exist model,customized logo design needs at least a 20GP.

Q5:How long does it take to finish a full container?
A: 30 days upon receiving the deposit.
